Sunset storm


I took this picture at the end of my driveway on Friday night. The sky was so crazy! If you looked in the opposite direction it was grey. If you look to the left or right it was blue! This orange side was the most beautiful!

So I ran inside to grab my camera and snap a few pictures as the sun sank below the trees. Unfortunately by the time I ran outside with my camera (literally I was sprinting) I had missed it.At first glance I didn't really like the picture... it just wasn't what I was going for. (Is that just me, or is that everyone that it happens to??) So I put my camera down slightly disappointed and didn't look at it again until today. Then I realized I really did like it once I gave it a fair shot! (no pun intended... hehe)

    That happens to me all the time. Sometimes I forget about shots I am just not that crazy about- and then I revisit them later & love them. It's a beautiful shot!
