whole grain bagel with cream cheese- 530
coffee (4 oz decaf, 4 oz reg)- 100
banana- 120

lunch
breadbol from panera-1020
water- 20 ounces

Dinner
-chicken fried rice from PF changs
-egg roll


this wasn't a very good day! eeks!
