food journal entry 4

breakfast
- fruit loops w skim milk
-banana

lunch
-pf changs chicken fried rice
-G2 lemon lime gaterade
-water40 ounces

dinner
-pf changs chicken fried rice
-zuccini
-half G2

water
40 ounces

exercise
20 minute walk
(this was yesterday) and i weighed myself today, and I gained 0.2 lbs! HOW? i ate small portions. makes me sad. Oh well.

  1. Sometimes weight gain is definitely just water retention. I wouldn't worry too much about .2 pounds! :)
